Location: south of Winnipeg, near UM (1 vacancy)
2 years to 3 years Experience
Languages: Mandarin or English
Food Preparation Specializations: Cook traditional Chinese food Stocks, soups and sauces, Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms, Meat, Poultry
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Lunches, Dinners
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Clean kitchen and work areas
