seaeching for help! emergent~~!!

我是26日从温哥华登陆，但是过CIC时候 出了问题，我的签证给的是3年的MULTIPLE visitor， 但是拿到那张纸的时候，只给了我十天的时间留在这里！！   当时申请就是过来探亲的（老公在曼大读PHD），觉得很不解。。。
1。为什么他要给我那么长时间的VISA???! 但是却这样对我？那个CIC还翻我的箱子
2.我们去曼大的international student center 问过，说我仍然可以申请spouse work permit， 但是我的时间已经过期了，结果还没来，那到时我出境是不是会很麻烦！！？？？？？？
3。如果我10天回去了，会把我的签证取消吗？？我下次还可以拿着这个visa再走一次吗？？
4。有没有wives遇到这种情况？？？
希望有好心人帮我分析一下。。。。 thanks!!

我来探亲，签证签了3年多次往返，但是再过温哥华海关去CIC时出了问题，他们觉得我想用VISITOR签证在这里工作，但是谁都知道是不可能的，那个人觉得我撒谎，但是探亲是真的，就只给了我10天。 我当然不想这么快回去的，所以去ICS问有没有解决的办法，答案就是办个配偶工签，解决在这里合法居留的问题。
但是我的那张纸只给了10天，现在是到期了，但是结果还没来。。。我已经是尽快寄出去了。唯一可做的就是等待结果。。。。
在这里倾诉一下我的经历，只是希望大家第一次来的时候过CIC要小心，也希望每一对COUPLE能顺利团聚～！

not really a problem, u can get ur open work permit as long as ur application is well prepared and satisfied all the regulations.

beside that, as long as ur application was mailed out  before the expire date, u will be fine. No penalty will involve.

In case u submitted ur application late but not later than 90 days of ur expire date. U can still get ur work permit, but a penalty will apply.

Plus, even u submit ur application late but not later than 90 days, if u can provide some good, reasonable execuse, the penalty may be waived.

by the way, the consultant in the ICS said that i will probebly send to interview, is that true??
if so , how should i prepare well for this important interview?
have you seen such similar case before??

either by phone or in person, interview is not a big deal at all.  
just tell them,

once ur 老公 done his study u will return China along with him.

U apply for a work permit is just because u are poor, need some extra money to survive ...

开始走出winnipeg机场的那天，心情真的很糟，或者是签证比较顺利，导致了我在过温哥华的大意，把人家CIC惹怒了。。 直到现在打电话回家，还是不敢和家人说起这个事情，只会穷加他们的担忧，没有任何意义。。
我一直没有想到会被人检查我的随身行李，直到现在回想起来，还是觉得很受伤。。。很后悔我没有好好准备，不知道在温哥华的海关相当于一次面试。
老公也不停安慰我，人生总有起起落落，磨练会让你变得更加strong，and it`s not the end of the world.
