I guess you will probably receive e-mail confirmation from them next week (i.e. after about one month). If you are really worried, you can ask them why they haven\'t sent you an e-mail.
However, I believe everything will be fine even if you don\'t receive any e-mail. They called you already to make sure you\'re working full time, which is the most important element for you to be nominated !

谢谢楼主,我4月27好的时候收到省提名的确认信,是寄到我家的,上面还有file number. 和你们收到的e-mail.不一样,上面说我的case已经开始审查,我接下来会收到结果,但是不要给他们打电话或者是发邮件问,他们没有时间回复我.

情况都差不多。。 哎。。大家都在苦苦的等啊。。。

楼主，我3月中旬收到省提名的确认信，3月17号把材料寄到buffalo了，比你晚几天。到今天我发帖为止还没有收到file number 和体检表，我也挺着急的，以前别的朋友都比较快，现在出了猪流感，这帮官僚主义还拖泥带水的，真差劲。你去查你的钱cash out了么？

银行告诉我CIC Buffalo已经cashed out我的550 $ Money order.
But the bank told me they couldn\'t give me the date on which CIC cashed it out

I heard that most people wait for almost 3 months to get file number and medical form now  
I need to think optimistically that they won\'t ask me to do RCMP finger prints (i.e. may take up to 6 months), otherwise I will become crazy

Of course, the bank has all of your banking history. You just need to go there and ask.

Finally I can log in CIC web site today ( June, 1, 2009) to see my Permanent Resident application status. They started processing my application on May 26. Hope to receive medical request soon

I just receive my Medical Request today on June 3
I have booked medical exam on June 16
