If the CIO determinesthat your application is complete, it will be sent to the appropriateCIC processing office for processing. The processingoffice will contact you for further documentation once they are readyto process your application.
If your application does not include all of the documentsand forms set out in the checklist, CIC will return it to you. Do not provide documents whichare not listed in the checklist. Note: Applications that were sent prior to December 1, 2011 and that are received on or after this date atthe visa office will be processed by the office as long they are complete.

现在要求是付费时必须填写Fee Payment Form~付费方式： Money order, Bank draft, Visa, MasterCard 等。不需要order receipt， 你可以直接去银行开money order (收款人是： Receiver General for Canada) 或者直接在Fee Payment Form 写上Visa 或 MasterCard 信息，官方会自动从卡里扣钱）
