0 y, a9 |2 t5 |- s8 B a3 Ccommon-law partner 是没有办理过手续的 spouse, 国内的称呼叫 --- 非法同居, spouse 是办了手续之后的 common-law partner, 国内的称呼叫 --- 合法夫妻 . 由于你只能有一个配偶, 所以如果你填了 common-law partner 你就不能填 spouse, 如果你填了 spouse 你就不能填 common-law partner.
