if u plan to return to Canada, u may be in trouble. The property management company may claim damage on the rent, cleaning and maintains. Also a penality may be charged. Plus, if the management company fail to find u, they will file the case to the court. A hearing will take place for sure. If u lose or fail to attendent in the hearing, u will be ordered to pay the bill (up to few 1000s). U may accept it or go to court. However if u refuse to pay and fail to go through the court, a collection agency may finally involve to get the money, and ur credit will be ruined.
About the 态度“爆差” ... if it is because ur English is too hard to understand, u\'d better take it ... If it is because sth else, u may make a complain to the head office regarding the dispute.
